Track record

We built it because we needed it

KairosLink was not born as a product to sell. It was born inside MITS Group, an MSP that manages infrastructure for government agencies, energy companies, healthcare institutions and private businesses, and that needed a tool that worked in Spanish, with pricing that made sense for the region and no lock-in contracts. Nothing on the market checked all three boxes.

Today KairosLink manages 14,500 endpoints in production across 7 countries. Among its users are MSPs that manage portfolios of more than 400 customers on the platform.

It is the same tool we use every day. Not a stripped-down version, not a demo.

Frequently asked questions

What is KairosLink?
KairosLink is a unified remote monitoring and management (RMM) and service desk (ITSM) platform with native artificial intelligence, built for MSPs and IT consultants. It includes unattended remote control, real-time monitoring, Windows, Linux and macOS patch management, tickets with SLAs, an encrypted credential vault, Active Directory assessment and AI script generation, all in a single web console.
How much does KairosLink cost?
Paid plans start at USD 36 per month. Each plan includes a different set of features and per device pricing that improves as you move up; Enterprise is quoted case by case. What each plan includes is published on the pricing page, with no hidden quotes and no lock-in contracts.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The trial lasts 14 days, with access to every module and no credit card required.
How do I pay?
With a credit or debit card through Stripe, in US dollars. The subscription is monthly: you can change plans or cancel at any time from the billing portal.
What is KairosLink Remoto and how is it different from the platform?
KairosLink Remoto is a free, separate attended remote control product: you download it, it shows an ID and a password, and the person on the other side must always accept the connection. It requires no account and sessions have no time limit. The KairosLink platform, on the other hand, is the management platform for MSPs: unattended access, monitoring, patching, tickets and the rest of the management modules.
Can I connect to a computer if nobody is on the other side?
Yes. The KairosLink agent allows unattended access: the technician can connect to a computer with the session closed or locked, see the Windows logon screen, enter their credentials and keep working after the session change.
Where are the servers and what latency does remote control have?
The remote control relay is in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with latency around 56 ms measured from Argentina. Traffic travels encrypted over WSS on port 443, which allows connections even through corporate firewalls and networks that block non-standard ports.
Are the commands technicians run audited?
Yes, always. Every command or script executed from the platform is logged with the technician who sent it, the target computer, the full command content, the output obtained, and the date and time. That record protects the MSP against any claim from their customer.
Do reports carry my brand or KairosLink's?
They carry your brand. Customer-facing PDF reports (monitoring, patching, tickets, time) go out with your company's logo and header. KairosLink is invisible to your end customer.
What operating systems does the agent support?
Windows, Linux and macOS, with a purpose-built agent for each one. On Windows it is a 32 and 64-bit MSI installer that deploys in seconds. On Linux it is a native binary of about 2.4 MB with no system dependencies, installed as a systemd service with a one-line command the panel generates: supported distributions are the main ones (Ubuntu, Debian, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, CentOS, Fedora, openSUSE, SUSE Linux Enterprise, Oracle Linux, Amazon Linux, Arch Linux and Alpine), always on systemd and the x86_64 architecture, and Alpine has to be set up with systemd since it uses OpenRC by default. On macOS it is a .pkg installer put in place with a one-line command, same as on Linux: a universal binary for Apple Silicon and Intel, signed and notarized by Apple under the MITS GROUP LLC Developer ID.
What language is the platform in?
Everything in Spanish, and in English too: the interface, support and documentation. No machine translation.
Can KairosLink filter web browsing on managed computers?
Yes. The web filtering module works at the DNS level: you define policies by category (malware and phishing, adult content, gambling, social media) plus your own allow and block lists of domains, and apply them per customer, per computer or per Active Directory group. Every blocked attempt is logged with the domain, the computer and the date.
Can the user bypass web filtering by switching browsers?
No. Filtering is applied to the computer's DNS resolution, not inside a browser or as an extension, so it covers every browser and application. The policy can also block known DNS over HTTPS (DoH) endpoints so the browser cannot sidestep the filter on its own.
How do I renew my customers' SSL certificates without paying every year?
KairosLink issues and renews SSL certificates through Let's Encrypt's ACME protocol, with no per-certificate cost, including wildcard and multi-domain certificates. Renewal is automatic 30 days before expiration, with installation on IIS and Exchange, and an alert to the technician if something fails twice.
Where does the private key of the certificates KairosLink renews live?
On the customer's server. The agent generates the key pair and the CSR on the machine itself; the platform only transports the CSR and the issued certificate, which are public material. The private key is never transmitted to or stored in KairosLink.
Does KairosLink support Linux servers?
Yes. KairosLink has a purpose-built Linux agent, separate from the Windows one: a native binary of about 2.4 MB with no system dependencies, installed as a systemd service, running as root and reporting in every 20 seconds. It covers inventory, installed software, systemd services, processes, monitoring with alerts, cron jobs and timers, a file explorer, bash commands and full patch management.
Which Linux distributions does KairosLink support?
The main Linux distributions: Ubuntu, Debian, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, CentOS, Fedora, openSUSE, SUSE Linux Enterprise, Oracle Linux, Amazon Linux, Arch Linux and Alpine. All of them need systemd and the x86_64 architecture. Alpine, which uses OpenRC by default, has to be set up with systemd.
Can I patch an Ubuntu or AlmaLinux server from the console?
Yes. The console surveys pending updates, installs all of them or only some, offers a security-only mode and shows live progress during installation, with a history of what was installed. It works with apt on the Debian family and with dnf on the Red Hat family. If a package requires a reboot, the reboot is scheduled from the console and can be cancelled.
Is there a mobile app for the technician?
Yes. KairosLink has an Android app that lets the technician control remote devices from their phone, with the same experience as the console.
Does KairosLink connect to my customers Microsoft 365 tenants?
Yes. Each customer connects their tenant once, with the consent of their administrator, and the console brings in users, licenses and the devices managed by Intune. The account access diagnostic runs on top of that: ten checks against Microsoft and a deterministic catalogue of 21 findings with fixed severity, with no artificial intelligence in the criteria. The console also watches licensing and warns when a license is about to expire, when a subscription is left suspended and when the seats run out. It reads without restrictions and writes only what the customer administrator consented to and a technician confirmed on a confirmation screen: revoking sessions, enabling an account or forcing a password change.
