KairosLink is offered as a monthly subscription. You start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card. Each plan includes a set of features and a per device rate; as you move up plans you add more features and more capacity (computers and technicians).

Sale and billing of the subscriptions are handled by MITS GROUP LLC, responsible for issuing the receipt and for any applicable taxes. You can cancel anytime. What does each plan include?
Each plan includes a set of features and adds those of the previous plans. Starter covers: Remote control, Monitoring, Patch management, AI scripting, Remote file explorer, White-label reports. Pro adds: Service desk, Customer portal, Network discovery, Screen Wall. Business adds: Credential vault, Web filtering, Active Directory assessment, GPO deployment. Enterprise adds: DLP: data loss prevention, Account manager, Unlimited computers and technicians.
How does the free trial work?
The trial lasts 14 days, requires no credit card, and gives you access to every feature with a limit of 10 computers and 3 technicians. When it ends, you can pick a paid plan to continue.
What is per device pricing?
Each plan's price is quoted per managed device: the more computers you manage, the better the per device rate. Starter, Pro and Business have a monthly price and a per device rate; Enterprise is quoted case by case.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can move up to a higher plan as your operation grows, to add more features and more capacity (computers and technicians).
How is it billed?
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our payment services provider. The invoice is issued by MITS GROUP LLC, which is responsible for applicable taxes under the corresponding regulations.
