7. Consumer dispute resolution

KairosLink is a product intended exclusively for businesses and professionals: it is not offered to consumers. Accordingly, the company is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer alternative dispute resolution body.

The content of this website is prepared with the greatest care, but no warranty is given that it is accurate, complete or up to date. The company is liable for its own content under the applicable general law.

This website contains links to third-party websites over whose content the company has no influence. Liability for that content always rests with the party offering it. At the time each link was added, no unlawful content was identified; ongoing monitoring of linked websites is not reasonable without specific indications of an infringement.

Governing language

This document is published in four languages. The German-language version is the legally binding text, and in the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the versions, the German version shall prevail.
