Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the cancellation and refund terms for subscriptions to KairosLink, operated by MITS GROUP LLC ("MITS GROUP", "we"). It is part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Free trial period

KairosLink offers a 14-day free trial period, with no card required. No charge is made during the trial. If you do not purchase a paid plan when the trial ends, the account generates no charges.

2. Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans are purchased as subscriptions with monthly billing. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. The amount for each period is charged in advance.

3. Cancellation

When you cancel, you keep access to the service until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made. No reason is required.

4. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of the date of each charge. If you request a refund within that 14-day window, we return the amount paid in full.

After 14 days from the date of the charge, that paid period is non-refundable. Cancellation remains available at any time and stops future charges, keeping access until the end of the period already paid.

5. How to cancel or request a refund

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account on the platform. For refund requests or billing inquiries, write to us at [email protected] indicating your account email and the details of the charge.

6. Payment processor

Charges are processed securely through Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates), our payment services provider. Sale and billing of the subscriptions are handled by MITS GROUP LLC as seller of record. Refund requests are handled directly with us through the channels indicated in this policy.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy. We will publish the current version on this page and indicate the date of the last update.
