The KairosLink explorer lets you browse and manage the files of any managed computer straight from the web panel, without taking over the screen and without interrupting the person using the machine. It works like Windows Explorer and adds two-way file transfer of up to 100 MB with real progress.

Everything you do in Windows Explorer, remotely

Copy, cut, paste, rename, create folders, delete with confirmation and multi-select with click, Ctrl and Shift, just like on the desktop. When you paste a file where one with the same name exists, it resolves the way Windows would, overwriting nothing. Navigation is folder-based with a visible path, with icons per file type to find your way quickly.

File transfer with no separate tools

Upload an installer to the customer's computer or pull a log to analyze it, in both directions and up to 100 MB per file. The transfer streams in chunks, with ephemeral tokens that expire in 30 minutes, and shows a real progress bar with the current stage. No USB sticks, no emails with attachments, no third-party tools.

Without interrupting the computer's user

Everything happens in the background: the person working on the machine sees no windows, no transfers, no mouse movements. It is the difference between giving support and getting in the way.
