Every check in the assessment is based on official Microsoft documentation, and every finding in the report links to that documentation. When you present the report to your customer, you are not defending your opinion or a tool's: you are showing what the vendor of the product they use says. That turns an awkward conversation ("your infrastructure has problems") into a documented technical fact.

Deterministic scoring: same domain, same result

The score is computed with a fixed formula: it starts at 100 and each finding subtracts points according to its severity. No variable interpretation is involved: the same Active Directory always yields the same score. That enables the most valuable part of the assessment as a recurring service: measuring progress. You run the assessment, your customer approves the fixes, you run it again and the score goes up. The improvement is proven with a number, not a feeling.

Nothing to install on the Domain Controller

The survey runs through the KairosLink agent as a read-only script that reports over standard output: it writes no files on the customer's Domain Controller and changes no configuration. The result is processed in the platform and the report is stored in the customer's history, with every previous assessment available for comparison. While the assessment audits the domain, the security posture does the equivalent reading computer by computer.

The PDF comes out ready to deliver: a score with a color band (Healthy, With observations, Needs attention, Critical), an executive summary, findings sorted by severity and an actionable recommendation for each one.
