Encrypted credential vault for MSPs
The KairosLink vault stores the MSP's customer passwords with AES-256 encryption, organized in folders with granular per-technician permissions. Every action on a credential (create, reveal, edit, move, export) lands in a tamper-proof audit log with user, date and IP. It is the definitive replacement for the shared spreadsheet.
Per-folder permissions: each technician sees only what they should
Folders support three access levels: everyone on the team, owners and administrators only, or specific technicians picked one by one. Subfolders inherit their parent folder's restriction automatically, so a sensitive folder never leaks through a structural oversight. A technician without permission does not see the folder even knowing its exact address.
An audit log that cannot be erased
The audit log is write-only: nobody can edit or delete it, not even an administrator. Every password reveal is recorded with who, when and from which IP. If a customer asks who accessed their credentials and when, the answer exists and is verifiable.
Designed for the technician's daily work
Revealing a password shows it for a few seconds and it hides itself. It includes a strong password generator, CSV import and export to migrate from your current spreadsheet, and exporting requires re-authenticating: pulling every credential out of the vault is never a careless click.
