KairosLink integrates artificial intelligence into the technician's workflow, not as a separate chat. You describe what you need, the AI generates the PowerShell or Bash command, you review it, run it on the chosen remote computer and the output comes back to the panel. Every execution is logged with the technician, the full command, the result and the date.

One console, three modes

The command console works like a conversation with three modes: talk with the AI about the computer, run PowerShell or run Bash. In the execution modes, the AI can read the command output and help you interpret it or decide the next step. The technician wastes no time switching tools: the diagnosis, the command and the result live on the same screen.

The AI proposes, the technician decides

The AI generates short, direct commands with no hidden steps, meant to be read and understood by the technician before running. Nothing runs on its own: every command requires the technician's explicit approval before executing. The technician reads the exact command that will run, not a black box.

Every execution is logged

Every command executed from the platform creates a permanent record: which technician sent it, on which computer, the exact command content, the output obtained, and the date and time. That history protects the MSP against any question from its customer and lets you reconstruct any intervention months later without relying on anyone's memory.
